Note: Be sure to deal with Radia directly at the location just past Totem Lake Mall. Although I do not look forward to having to come back for the test, I do look forward knowing that Radia will make it as easy as possible. I went to schedule my appointment in person after faxing in my order (a personal preference, they would have gladly done this on the phone) and the young lady who helped me and the tech who answered questions clearly cared about my experience and making sure the process was as easy as possible for me. After a horrible phone experience today with UW Radiology (The new Eastside Center), Evergreen Radia has clearly earned my business. The staff at Radia takes the time to explain your appointment, your procedure and the billing process. ![]() Today, while trying to schedule two appointments, the staff again amazed me at how much better they are then the UW Radiology Department. It seemed like she was going as fast as she could and wasn’t even trying to involve me in the ultrasound at all. When I showed up I was really excited to see my baby for the first time and I left feeling very sad. Everything with the front desk was fine, but the ultrasound tech was not friendly whatsoever and she made my experience awful. I had an appointment here for my first ultrasound for pregnancy and it was terrible.
